The best way to request a quote is to email us at this address.  Please provide the following information:

A. The type of project: e-Learning, Podcast, etc.
B. The project deadline and approximate size in standard MS Word pages.
C. The number of voice talent required, and any voice talent selections you have made from our Voice Demos page.
D. Any other special services you think you may require (e.g. music mixing, podcast hosting, etc.).
E. If you require a non-disclosure agreement, please attach it.
F. Your email address and contact phone number.

If you are not initially comfortable attaching a draft or final copy of your audio script, we understand, however we will need this information in order to provide a final fixed price quote.  If a script is not attached, we will do our best to provide a ballpark estimate, but we may need to contact you to get further information.

Non-Disclosure agreements are usually not a problem, so long as they do not have extremely broad non-compete language in them.  A few of our clients are competitors with each other, and we assure each client complete privacy with regard to their intellectual property, whether under a signed non-disclosure contract or not.  We've been in this business long enough to know that you can't stay in a business like this without treating ALL client information as 100% confidential.
